Return & Refund
Policy
We Guarantee 100% Satisfaction! If for some
reasons you are not happy with your purchase you have three weeks to exchange,
replace or refund. (Shipping Fees Not Included. All returns, except for
defect(s) in manufacturing, subject to 15% restocking
fee.)
Health regulations prohibit the return or
exchange of intimate apparel such as panties, briefs, boxers, and thongs. If
garment is returned in an unacceptable manner (i.e. signs of being worn,
stained, without tags attached, improperly wrapped for reshipment) it will be
refused.
To return the item, please contact a
customer service representative at info@01azure-stone.com first within 5
days to get return authorization. Provide the e-mail with your name, order
number and the reason you want to return this item. A reply will be made to you
by email within 24 hours. Shipments received may be refused if not accompanied
by a valid authorization. Return merchandise must be shipped within 2 weeks of
receipt of approval number.
Upon verification of your
return, your account will be credited or replacement merchandise will be sent to
you. In case of exchange it is your responsibility to cover shipping and
handling of new garment being shipped to you.
Shipping
Some items
are shipped from different warehouses. We deliver to US and
Canada. Most
orders are shipped same day or the next business day Monday through Friday. We
do request however that you allow 2 – 3 business days for production during peak
holiday season (Valentine`s Day, Mother`s Day, Father`s Day and Christmas). You
will be notified via email of your shipping status if you entered a valid email
address.
Our
standard shipping carriers are UPS ground, Federal Express, USPS Priority Mail
and Canada Post, depending on what warehouse we ship from. We use Canada Post
Express as our standard shipping method for all orders that will be shipped from
our Canadian warehouse. We use USPS Global Express for all orders that will be
shipped from our US warehouse
to Canada. 2nd Day
Air and Next Day Air are available on request (via e-mail), at a higher rate.
Check carefully which warehouse (Canadian or US) your item will be shipped from.
In case where the incorrect shipping method was selected you will be charged
an actual shipping price and notified via e-mail about
corrections.
Please
note that the charges listed below are accurate for most shipments. However, in
the event that actual shipping charges exceed the amounts listed below (for
areas such as Alaska and
Hawaii or
remote Canadian regions), you
will be charged the actual shipping cost.
Attention!!
For order that requires shipping from warehouses both
Canada and
United
States please
choose shipping charges which is higher. Therefore the second one will be FREE.

Taxes
All orders shipped within Canada will be subject to
taxation according to the regulations of the province of Ontario and of Canada.
Orders shipped within Province of Ontario will be charged 8% PST and 6% GST.
Orders shipped to other provinces will be charged 6% GST. All orders delivered
in the US are tax FREE!
